REFUND POLICY

Subscription Cancellation: "Secret space" subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, retaining access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. As "Secret space" operates on a recurring charge basis, it is advised to request cancellation before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

Recurring Subscription Creation and Cancellation: By choosing the recurring subscription option at the time of payment, the user starts a cancelable subscription at any moment.

Conditions After Cancellation: If the cancellation occurs after the subscription renewal, the payment for the ongoing plan will be processed and is not eligible for a refund. Access remains active until the end of the already paid period and will not be renewed thereafter.

Refund Policy: According to applicable laws, completed payments are non-refundable. "Secret space" does not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscriptions or unused services.

Terms Violation: Refunds will not be issued in cases of abuse or violation of the terms of service and usage policies.

Refund Conditions: The right to a refund is valid only in cases of non-fulfillment of obligations by "Secret space" or failures in service delivery, provided that no terms herein are violated.

Right of Withdrawal for Trial Users: Users in the trial phase have up to 7 days from the start of the trial to regret and request the plan's cancellation before the purchase is finalized, without exceptions.
